REQUIREMENT: Every team must submit a copy of their Official Roster at the time of registration. To enter your roster log into the USSSA.com website.  If your roster is not online before you play you will not receive your points. Every Team must have a copy of their insurance uploaded to the USSSA Website or a copy must be sent to usssa3up3downevents@gmail.com  listing the name of event, age group and name of team in with the details.

 

SCHEDULES: Schedules will be posted closer to time of the tournament. When Schedules are complete you will receive an email thru the USSSA website sent by your director, John Grass.  The email will provide a link for you to click on to access the schedules. John will also send a follow up email from teamcentral1@psci.net.   

 

CHECK-IN REMINDER: Teams need to check-in at the director’s tent the day of the event.

 

ITEMS YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE WITH YOU: We will not need copies of your roster or insurance if they are online.  Bring copy of your Certificate of Insurance if not insured with USSSA policy

 

PAYMENTS: You can pay the entry fee online at USSSA.com and logging into your team manager’s account. To avoid the online processing fee, mail a check to 3up3down 1002 Tell Street Tell City, IN 47586.  Payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event start date to secure your spot in this event.

NOTE: IF WE HAVE TEAMS ON A WAITING LIST FOR ANY ONE OF OUR EVENTS YOU MAY BE ASKED TO PAY SOONER THAN THE TWO WEEKS TO SHOW YOUR COMMITMENT IN PLAYING.
